Buying a property in Italy the country that offers amazing cultural treasures, wrapped up in beautiful countryside which in turn provides for a mouth watering culinary feast for the senses all surrounded by a stunning coast line, it’s easy to understand why It is so desirable. The reality of purchasing in Italy, one of the most bureaucratic countries in the world, is another story however; “if it was that easy everyone one would be doing it!”

Our aim is to take the stress and out of this process acting as a combined design / project manager; from finding the appropriate property through its restructuring, completion and future management. As well as, if the client should so decide, it’s holiday rental. Having now worked with several former tourist clients, who have then gone onto purchase properties, we have worked out a staged program to reduce and identify the “unknown” factors creating a process that is transparent, fare and eliminating the feeling that the client is being ripped off, a reoccurring theme of so many purchases here in Italy.
